These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Freezed Apps GmbH ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the Iced.link platform ("Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

  • Registration: To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
  • Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Payment: All services are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Free Trial: Any free trial period is subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free trial offer at any time.
  • Changes: We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Freezed Apps GmbH and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Freezed Apps GmbH.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Freezed Apps GmbH, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
